Essence Construction Ltd is a Brighton & Hove building firm renovating homes and commercial spaces across Sussex, with the same team on the tools from the first site visit to the final handover.
Who we are
We started Essence Constructionto do building work the way we’d want it done in our own homes: honest pricing, a team that turns up, and a finish we’re proud to put our name on.
From single-room refits to complete property refurbishments, we handle the whole job: kitchens, bathrooms, plastering, joinery, tiling, electrics, plumbing and decoration. Because it’s all coordinated in-house, there’s no chasing separate trades and no gaps where things fall through.
In 3+ years working across Brighton, Hove and the wider Sussex area, we’ve built our name on word of mouth: clients who came back for the next project, and recommended us to their neighbours.
