The project
A rolling programme of apartment refurbishments across a single Hove block. The challenge here was as much about logistics as finishes: delivering consistent, high-quality work flat after flat while keeping disruption to residents to a minimum.
Each apartment received a new kitchen, a refitted shower room and new flooring, scheduled and project-managed so trades moved through efficiently and the communal areas stayed clean and accessible throughout.
